People would absolutely get "canceled" for that. Without a doubt.Not trying to be insensitive but what would #MeToo look like during that era?
Would people get "cancelled" if their brains are hacked only to reveal wild thoughts of the sexual nature?
How would Hr Departments treat such complaints from employees?

It's not that much different from an inappropriate leaked text or email. Something got out (that originally came from your mind) that wasn't supposed to.
Doubt the rules of society would change due to a different server.
When you get to that position there's so much information you get from upper management that ultimately would be harmful if your team found out so you hold it back and try to protect them for their own good, so you have to do this dance and look phony but reality is you're being as real as possible trying to keep food on their tables while you eat this thankless burden. That's why i'm not interested in management anymore, plus managing people sucks.
