Yeah coworkers are a terrible idea, I only considered it because of the structure of our volunteer org. She'd only remain my coworker for another year or so, unless she switches to a management position when she finishes her Master's. Our only work interactions are a couple hours on Discord or Zoom every Monday, that's it.
I kind of suspected for some time now that this might’ve just been some messed up fantasy of hers or something, given the polar opposite signals she was giving me. She has a Bachelor’s in psychology and is about halfway through her Master’s in clinical psychology so surely she can’t be so oblivious.

It gives energy but not necessary for doing anything constructive (like for coffee and tea), you can drink a lot, and put a lot of efforts in doing nothing useful
At least you feel awake before the energy quits your body and then you're even more tired

No to artists for sure but I prefer a more 'intellectual' woman. The reason I immediately got along so well with Amy in the first place, before we knew what eachother looked like, was because we quickly found common ground through our shared interest in psychology and medicine. I do want to keep Amy as a friend though. Putting aside all the sex talk, she has helped me out a lot. I can either just tell her straight up how I feel about those flirtatious sex conversations or I could find a way to accept it without frustration by thinking of it in the same realm as watching porn, just something to get off to.

But it's different from porn, porn can motivate or frustrate, but no emotions, while even if you convince yourself of something, if you keep dealing with the person, your want of sex could become some sort of love, even more dangerous, no ? Not an expert, not really gifted with people in general and here with women to find the good way to do things, younger was too frontal, now I am not enough lol

I'm generally an emotional flatline in the first place, I've always found it very easy to compartmentalize. I don't think that'll be necessary though. I absolutely wanted to date her/smash but my frustration came from the very mixed signals that were confusing me. Now I have clear-cut confirmation from her that she's not down for experimenting with a guy so there's no confusion left to frustrate me.

If it were me I would have a conversation along the lines of " Hey ...bla blah blah, let's stop this flirting thing, I do not feel comfortable and I really dig talking with you, but the flirting and all that bs we talk just feels awkward and childish" If she hits you with the "Oh you're misinterpreting stuff blah blah" trying to make look like a fool, just drop it she ain't worth it, I hate girls that pretend they don't do **** with their nun facade ... in Colombia we call them "Mojigatas".

That'd work too. She wouldn't try to act oblivious, I remember I did explicitly tell her on 2 occasions that if she kept going she'd drive my fantasies wild and she questioned if that was a bad thing. Now that I think about it, maybe she thinks she's helping my treatment or something (my hormone illness is why hormones come up so much).
