I'm bad at honoring rest days. Been running 5k min everyday with about 1 day recovery every 2 weeks. I should recover today but I'm gonna get my run in. Need to be better about rest days. Biking this weekend so I might set the run aside for a day or two.
Think about progressive wear and tear.

The amount of "gains" you think you are receiving by skipping a rest day might actually be working against you.

I know we are in this,"No Days off" society but your rest days are just as important in your growth/development as your work days.

Honor them because when you tear and achilleas or an ACL you will be wishing you listened to your body.
