the thread about nothing...

Bulging discs suck, currently experiencing sciatica down my hamstring, any position that isnt me standing gets uncomfortable after a few mins.
I dealt with that last year with my right hamstring. I went to the chiropractor like once a week and I got alot of helpful stretches. My fave is to lay down on your back near a doorframe with you hurt leg kind of propped up on the doorframe. With you injured leg as straight as you can, dig your heel into the doorframe a bit to stretch that hamstring out in 10 sec intervals. I usually did 4 10 sec intervals (2 for each leg) and I started at about a 30 degree angle and gradually inch closer and closer to the doorframe with the goal being to do a stretch at a 90 degree angle with no discomfort. That takes time though so don't beat yourself up if you can't do it, just go until the discomfort is too much. It took me about a month to get to the point where I wasn't feeling discomfort and I was doing this stretch routine about 3-4 times a day.

Why do people love Amazon so much.
This is my third time ordering and everything I’ve ordered looks cheap.

Man orders cheap stuff...complains that it's cheap 😂 I mean bruh

People are gonna people.

They see the name Amazon and assume everything they're buying is from is from AMAZON and not 3rd party sellers. Even if it says shipped and sold by Amazon.

If you treat it like Ebay and pay attention/do your research you can get what you need for a decent price.

I fairly confused as to why a chunk of adults seem to be convinced that the CDC's recommendation of quarantine time being cut from 10 days to 5 days was PURELY done to keep people working as much as possible.

This isnt to say they are wrong. This is to ask why are they so damn sure they are right?
