If you intend to hook up someone with a favor or with an invite to an event or occasion for the sake of reciprocating, why should you have to extend your offer to whomever is associated or related to them?
It really pisses me off when some individuals have a sense of entitlement that you have to hook them up or extend an offer to them as well just because they have ties with the individual I'm trying to reciprocate with. It's like they feel they should also get an offer or an invite by default predicated on their ties to the individual.
Why should I have to extend an offer or an invite to them when they didn't do crap for me?
I see that as freeloading or seeking a handout.
Hookups or favors have to be earned. Or you have to be willing to do favors or provide help to an individual in some manner if you want or expect something in return.
