the thread about nothing...

I swear this ripoff resale business is jinxed because their L.A. location got looted during the protests in 2020. Now there was an attempt at their Chicago location with thieves ramming a vehicle into the store.

It's very seldom that I dismiss something that someone said just because of how much I can't stand them, or accept something that someone said just because I favor them overall.

Seems like damn near everyone accepts or rejects words based on how they feel about the speaker.

I think I was maybe 9 or 10 the last time I did the trick or treat thing. Ya boy had to get to the mischievousness. Thinking back, I think the first time I broke most laws was on a halloween night; underage smoking and drinking, consuming controlled substances, vandalism, trespassing, destruction of property, etc. Good times.

Expects a wholesome story, takes a wild turn

if that's what you did during Halloween, then every chance I get must be Halloween.

Last time I went trick or treating I think I was 12 or 13 maybe. Dressed as spider man, wanted to do whatever it took to get free candy

Pulled up to my moms house in a pretty nice neighbor hood in Richmond, TX. Ghost town. Kinda seems like society has just given Halloween to 20 something women. Kinda sucks actually. I remember the whole neighborhood was in on it. Houses had elaborate set ups, adults scared the kids ect. Granted I grew up mostly on military bases, but still it was fun.

Aaaaaaaabsolutely not. I'm assuming you don't have a kid when I say this, but having a kid during spooky season makes it clear that it's definitely kids first, adults second, even for 'sexy nurse.'

My city has 3 streets that are barricaded/shut down by the police every Halloween so kids can roam the streets freely while trick-or-treating. They're not shutting anything down for adult house parties.
