There is already a segment of black fans/players/journalists that are bothered by this Midwestern White Girl getting all this attention in a sport that has been dominated by black women. So there is resentment there already.

Of course white folks are happy to see a white star kill. (Yall can pretend that isn't the case)

So yes, I could see it being a statement being made by some white folks or the way black folks will perceive anyone wearing that jersey will ruffle some feathers.

It's nowhere near as wild of a thought as yall are making it out to be.

Nope. Being white and good at a sport dominated by black people is enough for TrumpsterDumpsters to support her her; just support, the word you used.
If she were to politically lean in their direction EVEN THE SLIGHTEST, then she would move from being supported by them to being another poster child (Rittenhouse) for them.
