I have never dealt with body aches from being sick. Until right now. I can't lay down cuz my back is on fire. I can't sit down cuz my hips are on fire. I'm legit going through it, with no idea what to do.

Man I’m sorry to hear. I was in your situation about two weeks ago with the flu, body aches made life miserable. What helped a little was taking extra strength tylenol. It would offer a temporary reprieve from the back aches and stiffness.
