They would be but for the sake of entertaining the question without TOO many variables, theres my answer.

Assuming lady with couple month old baby, man with cast and 2 crutches, older man maybe late 70’s-80’s that can still walk but needs to sit, and say a 9 month old preggo. Assuming they are taking the train for a medium 30 min trip (if it were a long trip then well idk lol) and they would all need to sit eventually, id say the guy with the cast may have priority on the account hes actually injured? Preggo would come 2nd, but I woudnt be surprised if people put her first cause theres alot of support for pregnant women in general, old man would be next, and lady with the baby last as shes actually the most able bodied.
