I was trying to use your answer to get it in 2 - trying to find a word where the last letter would make a different word on the front- but obviously I chose the wrong one.

Edit: thinking about it that was dumb. I should have used a word that couldn’t go there - I correctly guessed the letter you used then didn’t turn it the other way round.
