Wife (WFH) calls me and asks how to reset the wifi network at home. Says her work CPU has not internet connection. Told her test her phone and ipad if they have connection, they do. I begin telling her its not the network if devices connected to it have internet and that it's her work CPU. I start telling her what she needs to do to troubleshoot her issue and she gets pissed and says 'she'll figure it'.

Why the **** would you even ask me for help, when you don't even want to listen.
