I was unaware of this all but apparently my foreman told the owner of my job that if the safety violations don’t stop he’s quitting and I’m quitting too I guess?

He told them he’d find a safe company that doesn’t ask us to do stupid **** and I’m going with him.

Just flying off the handle at 6:30 am, at least he has my back though.

it always has to do with silica and dust.

I just ignore the work that kicks up dust and refuse to cut concrete without water but then my foreman gets complained to about it.

I don't have an issue with not doing it I'm not inhaling dust. I don't care if the old timers did. my foreman doesn't care either but then they cry it's not finished and he says no ****, you don't give us the water truck like we asked for so deal with it.

we're always at a stale mate, I refuse to do dusty work. then they have to finish it with another crew that has water. idc I'll call osha if you push it.

I don't dislike the owner or anything, but I'm not sacrificing my health for anyone.
