In like 8th or 9th grade I broke the entirety of my upper right arm when the smallest girl in my class pushed my shoulder in gym class during some kind of ‘push eachother off the mat’ or something exercise.

I was more confused than anything but she just started screaming and crying when my arm snapped and turned into mush from the instant she tried pushing me

Even when I got back from the hospital she started crying again and apologizing over and over

Turns out that the bone in my upper right arm was just completely hollow and that it was basically a miracle the bone even lasted that long. Surprisingly it’s really not very painful at all.

Breaking it was good though because the hollow space regenerated fully because of the fracture. No surgery or anything, the bone simply filled itself up while healing.

i watched some of the og vid, I believe him and another dude were with the hoop youtuber tjas (sp?) & man actually put down some decent jumps (on a low rim for a guy of his age & stature) definitely wouldn't have bet on tom segura being athletic or super coordinated...but even if he was, not sure it changes that outcome
