I’m the employee whose boss says stuff like, “why don’t you answer when I call you? It was inportant. I need you to answer or call me back when I call you.”

And every single time I explain that I do not deal with work problems when I’m not physically in the work building. I don’t care that I’m salary, there is not a single thing needed from me that couldn’t wait until I scan into that building the next morning. I am nobody’s emergency hospital contact for work. I do not have the nuclear access codes. If YOU cannot solve the issue at hand, then EYE cannot either.
