Finally quit my job.
Once again I prove that the manager there did not like me & I prove it AGAIN that he HAS SELECTIVE EYESIGHT.
He reprimands me for the way I said something on the walkie talkie, then he comes back AGAIN AND STARTS REPRIMANDING ME AGAIN! I’m like yo WTF? Didn’t we just have this conversation?? Why is he reprimanding me a SECOND TIME?! I didn’t even curse or say anything bad. I was Just lifting boxes in the back so I responded quickly because I’m in that hot *** truck.
LIKE… AREN’T THE EMPLOYEES SUPPOSED TO BE WEARING THEIR HEADSETS SO CUSTOMERS WON’T HEAR US SPEAKING?
BUT NO, THE MAMAGER HAS SELECTIVE EYESIGHT AND DOES NOT EVEN SEE THEM NOT WEARING A HEADSET!?
I HOPE HIS SUPERIORS FLAG THIS WHEN THEY SPEAK WITH HIM ABOUT THIS!
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE HEADSET THE CONPANY SPENDS MONEY ON TO BUY FOR THE EMPLOYEES TO USE??
THE GUY ONLY SEES WHAT HE WANTS TO SEE, HE ONLY REPRIMANDS CERTAIN THINGS! HE HAS SELECTIVE EYESIGHT!!
I LEFT THIS HYPOCRISY!!! HE DID NOT HAVE TO COME & REPRIMAND ME A SECOND TIME!
