Tbh, they flooded the market with 2s hoping the model would catch on-since that failed horribly, I think vaulting them for a decade until demand for the model is built back up again is the smart move.

A lot of dope colorways were dropped of the 2s. Originally, when it was announced that JB was bringing the 2s back I wasn't feeling them at all but I grew to actually like them and now I have a good collection of 2s(mostly lows.) I think the consumers just aren't feeling 2s as a whole, though. I give JB credit for at least trying to breathe life into them

JB thought it was the right move to jump start the 2s with collaborations; A Ma's, Chateau Rouge, NIna Chanels, Wings were sprinkled in along with some collab lows like Shelflife, 2 18s, and the Responsibility pair. The 2s (to me) had some decent colorways but not enough interest of the masses...

I'm here in San Antonio. I saw at least 6 at one Burlington on Friday. I think there are 2 other regular size stores in the area, but the rest are those smaller ones that don't carry much. I would've bought another pair, but I haven't even put on my first pair from Oneness. I did run into a guy a few weeks before and he says that's all he does is scour Burlington and Ross all day long, so if he catches them, it's wrap. And its back to school season, so my money is on them not being there.
Additionally, those python lows are now being discounted at some Ross stores to like $48 as well.

I heard in the past Ross usually re-ups on Tuesdays, so I usually go in around 2-3 pm, sometimes Wednesday mornings. Maybe coincidence, but I only go about 2x a month now. But with BTS shopping around the corner, I don't plan to go anywhere near these stores for awhile.
