And misses 9 Uruguay matches (I'll laugh if they schedule a bunch of friendlies quickly to eat up those games)

So he gets to come back to Liverpool in October.

I don't know how I feel about that punishment...

I just read on twitter that apparently it bans him even from administrative aspects of football, which would include transfers. I'll wait to see if that's true...
