What's good NT?
So me and a couple of my friends are going to explore the Bay Area in a new way this summer... BY FOOT! No train, bus, or any mode of transportation, just walking... For 5 days, we will travel from San Jose to across the Golden Gate Bridge into Marin County, video taping the entire journey... The point is not to see if we can walk the distance but to rediscover a region that we have lived in our entire lives... We feel that there is still so much we have yet to experience in the Bay Area and we figured the best way to see it all would by foot... We will be hitting up as many local bars, restaurants, shops, cafes and places of interest as we can... We hope that we will be able to shine light on these local hotspots and help support the local businesses in our neighborhoods!
We appreciate all the support and we'd love to hear what you guys think of the idea!

Note: There is an Urban Backpackers thread in the NorCal Regional Section already for people within the Bay Area that would like to suggest places... I wanted to post it here to get more awareness and more feedback on the general idea of Urban Backpacking... Link: http://niketalk.yuku.com/...ING-BAY-AREA-SUMMER-2011
