That was always funny to me. "What's he gonna do against NBA defenders???"

He's bigger & stronger than pretty much all of them.

It's the non dunk finishes that separates him from other uber elite athlete prospects, it doesn't matter that NBA defenders are bigger and stronger when you combine it with an elite touch around the basket.

I got on board early. He's just too physically imposing to not be effective on the next level. I keep hearing about he has to play against "grown men" now...like that ***** isn't instantly about to be in the upper most tier of power and strength from day one. I think fit will be key...but the defensive potential alone is scary.

I think I posted this in the draft thread but if Montrezl can be 16&8 then Zion off of sheer motor size and raw talent would be able to do things in year one. I had / still have questions but I turned around a bit after rally examining his motor size and production related to age. He should walk into 17ppg efficiently

to the pels credit, they’re doing some really good stuff with getting Zion the ball on the run,veer type action where he’s running into the ball.

I love how Zion starts his cut off the ball early instead of trying to shoot 3s. By the time his defender reacts it’s too late.
