Things You Prefer to Do Alone

working out w your boys can turn it into a 2 hour workout lol. ****** be slacking.
i firmly believe optimal training takes consistency and routine.
i wake up and workout cause i've been doing it so long that my body is basically begging for it when i wake up
you need a gym partner thats on that same routine and clock as you. it's really hard to find.

rarely in the gym do i see the same gym partners everyday together,
actually the best duos i've seen in the gym are usually significant others cause they are on the same schedule
