only when i download porn or try to torrent something illegally. i ususally dont make threads about it as it usually tells as many people as possible about my illegal activities. i have yet to be caught, therefore my opinion has warrant.

have you recently changed the time zone on your computer. when I came about from school and tried to used my home connection it was giving me the same response as yours.
try changing the time zone if your in a different one and see if that helps.
