No, at the institutional level Italian football absolutely deserves to be singled out (which is what I did).
Things are not the same, it's disingenuous and contributes to the problem to play the "racism is everywhere" card.
Italy has problems at the organizational level that are far beyond what's seen in the sport in most of Europe's civilized societies.
I agree. There are racists in every league, but again, the response of the league goes to show how much the league actually cares about this issue. This would never happen in the modern Premier League without severe punishments and/or arrests. In Serie A it's pretty much a "Who cares?" mentality
