Roma resigned Naingollan and are on the verge of getting Mahrez,don't think they'll fall off too much. You're right about Inter though,they finished just a point back of Milan last season yet the gap between both clubs has become huge this summer. Guess they're banking on Spaletti to be a miracle worker but I don't see it with the talent or lack thereof at his disposal

A barren and lowly squad like now would probably have trouble attracting the likes of Cholo in the future...
