No, you didn't.  We've always been responsive to user reports and regulated the thread long before you started complaining about it.  The primary difference is the addition of the thread ban tool following the migration. 

And if you're just looking to antagonize other users here, prepare to face "scrutiny and heavy regulation" yourself.
