i like him better than Nas in personal opinion. Bad thing with AZ is that since him and Nas were in the firm and everything. He will always be directlycompared to Nas. since its Nas, people will always throw out AZ as a great rapper because hs isnt Nas. Where really he is just as good

He is one of my favorite rappers.... he gets a lot of unwarranted hate because he always gets compared to nas.... his albums are great, but he does have thetendency to make stupid club songs which suck.... other than that he is

Nas and AZ are similar so they will probably always get compared.
A is nice though, i always love hearing new material from him because majority of the time he is consistent.

one of my favorites...definitely underrated. i can !%#! with all his whole catalogue... with the exception of N4L.

The most underrated/unappreciated rapper in the game. He has been consistent his whole career and has a great catalog. I started listenting to AZ just lastyear and was surprised at how good he is. One of the best to ever do it.
