Severe thunderstorm with a tornado warning?! I love Oregon!

yeah it's a really crazy day! There was like a flash monsoon on campus today. One second it was sunny. The next second, the streets were flooded withwater. I LOVE OREGON!

It was a nuts monsoon in Corvallis. On my drive up I-5 to Portland, there was debris everywhere. Was there really a tornado somewhere or just a warning?
