    This %$#$ hurts!!!

I gotta be doing something wrong?!

I mean.. For years, I been slouching at a computer desk or in front of a computer screen playing video games or whatever and my posture has taken a major Lbecause of it... Recently, I broke the back off my chair ( [IMG] 230lbs ftw!) and I've basically been forced to sit with my back straight. I know that myback muscles arent as strong as they could be, but is this %$#$ supposed to hurt like this? How long before it starts feeling normal?

Tips for better posture? Not just in terms of sitting, but I mean running, walking, etc. I'm not tyin to be slouched like an ape by the time I'm 30.I'm sure we could all use tips...

I slouch like a !@#!@# too when i sit...not so much when i stand. But I have a firm bed, and then a thick piece of ply wood underneath the mattress. Idon't notice it, but I wake up feeling like a champ. Old, effective trick actually.
