You know that feeling while you are driving and it starts feeling that you havent slept in days. Of course taking a nap before hitting the road is best but that isnt always possible.

I travel to surrounding towns/cities at night to promo at clubs. What are some things/tips that helped you avoid that sleepiness while on the road?

Honestly the only thing is sleep.

But if u wanna avoid sleep take some of these energy drinks that damage ur heart.

Its not worth it brah, one time i fell asleep and woke up in da middle of da intersection almost hitting a car

Chew gum

put the window down

Red Bull

Take a shoe off

Roll down the window while your on the highway if your driving at night and let the cold air wake you up, being uncomfortable is a easy way to stay awake.

Also try snorting cocaine, best stay awake method out there

Why take a shoe off

the sensation of driving barefoot releases nerve endings in the foot

Music and pinching myself is what I do. Not just listening to the music you gotta rap along to keep your mind active.

Also curious about the shoe thing.

Coffee, or just pull over. Seriously though, if you're tired/ sleepy please don't drive. I lost a brother because he fell asleep at the wheel. It's something that can sneak up on you and drift off in seconds.

Adderall/NoDoz/RedBull.
Crack a window.
Listen to loud music.
Call a friend.

Or just pull over for a 15 minute power nap.
Being sleepy while driving is putting yourself in danger but more importantly the other innocent drivers.

Be careful out there b.

Get a good system and keep a mix available with music you like to sing.

Hasn't failed me.

Driving sleepy is worse than driving drunk imo unless youre drunk to the point of almost blacking out

Few years back I had a 30-40 min drive home after working 3rd shift and it used to be a struggle :{

i know a dude who's a truck driver and he said when he drives across the country sometimes he'll go 26 hrs straight. he said coffee and no lie, he smothers his junk in vaseline :lol

he said the being uncomfortable keeps him awake ... up to u on that one :D

I take off my left shoe, feels goodman.

Also turn up the AC. My girl hates it but that's why I keep a throw blanket in the car when I know we're going on long drives.

Only thing to ever work for me is calling somebody...driving home after working the overnight shift [emoji]128553[/emoji][emoji]128553[/emoji]

Smashed into the back some dude truck coming off the e-way one day after falling asleep at the wheel...Didn't do any damage so he just told me to go home and get some sleep

When I hit those bumps off the line I start yelling and cursing out loud at times. Or just pull over for a power nap.
