TO ALL FL/FTA managers

okay, i been wondering ive been working at foot locker almost 3 years now and i still reviece a base salary of 5.60 and minimum wage is $6.55 and tomorrow itis going to be $7.25... and i was wondering thtat my manager been telling me that it is not up to him to change out salary but it is to our districtmanager..... i feel cheated and im a senior in college and im broke.... can any manager/ associates tell me about this? or even how in the world i never got araise?
