too many rules

is it me or are there too many rules on this site and most of them arent even obeyed. isn't posting fs items in your sig banned and mostly everyone does it? what is the point of the 300 rule if everyone is just posting fs items in they sig to get around this rule..i was checking the rules post and its like reading a hs text book...didt even get past rule 2

First off, not only is your spelling wrong but so is your punctuation. So how is reading the rules like reading a high school text book?
