Tooth Issue?

So my insurance got cut off and its going to be about 1500 to get a root canal. But only 200 to get the tooth pulled. The tooth is infected and VERY VERYPAINFUL. If I get the tooth pulled I will not have a back tooth to chew with while eating anymore and I dont think I can live with that.

NT WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
Anybody have a missing back tooth? (the tooth you chew your food with)

I thought people could get a fake tooth, or is that only for incisors?

Either way youre gonna take the L,, just which one and how harsh it will be.. GET THE TOOTHPULLED, regardless, youre gonna have to try chewing on other side but the longer you let it sit infected, the spread will grow and cause more damage toyour other teeth

Be your own dentist and pull it out and replace it with something like a tooth, word to frankthekingdtx

ask the dentist and see what he/she has to say.

if you ask me, I heard Chiclets make good tooth replacements.
