So i was just wondering is there another "top of the world" rather then Mission Peak, but in Castro Valley because i heard it was actually thereand not in Fremont.

theres a "top of the world" in diamond heights sf

There's something called Grizzly Peak somewhere in Oakland.. or Berkeley, you should check that out.
