Trade gone wrong help

So recently I traded some of my shoes for some Top 3 1s but when I went to go pick them up I examined the shoe and were sure they were real and when I asked for the other laces to the shoes he said he forget them inside so he went inside got them and gave me the box with the shoes and once I got home I found out he pulled a switcheroo and exchanged the real pair for his fake pair and I was wondering If I could do anything to get them back such as call the non emergency I have all the messages and proof there my shoes and have where he blocked me and where he didn’t want to give my shoes back I also know his address and his name so am I able to call the non emergency police to get my shoes back?

At this point it's going to be your word against his. Possibly file a police report for fraud, they may be able to sort it out. Good luck.
