Anyone own, or know someone who owns an operates a trailer park, lot? Wise investment?

How much does it cost to own, operate, or rent out trailer homes??? Thanks!

I’m trying to see something... :nerd:

As an investment, only so many of them actually appreciate in value. Rest are like cars.

What about just owing a lot? Tenants gotta pay monthly to use a plot, right?

my boss from Texas owns like a lot with like 10-14 trailer home, said he makes somewhere close to or at 10k after all the cost and all that, he make pretty good money and has one person live rent free to take care of the lot.
I listen to a lot of podcast and this, they have a few trailer park owners go on this podcast and tell how they made it. Hope it helps, I plan on making some investments myself in the future maybe some duplex and laundromats

Financially independent before 30 years old! Today’s guest Felipe Mejia sits down with Brandon and David and shares the incredible story of how he scaled from a $3,000 mobile home to 10 units and financial independence!

Felipe has created a unique system that involves multi-unit properties, short-term rentals, and leveraging others to help run his business. The result? He is currently crushing it!

That's where the money is imo.
Those lots cost a grip per month to top rent ontopof what your paying per month for the RV .

With the lot you worry about the hookups for water and sewage.

Or for instance, if you have a plot that holds 30 RVs or trailers. Own like 5 or 10 personally. And the other 20 could strictly be renters.

Good luck finding a parking lot or ramp for sale. :lol

The ones here are all owned by the same family for the most part and they are never letting them go. They are gold mines.

I just paved a trailer park for work. One of the wildest places I’ve ever been. It doesn’t matter if it’s 7am. Someone is partying.

They had a tiny house in it too, it was trash. Why not get a trailer for the same price or a rv? It’s not like lot rent is cheaper. Stupid *** idea.
