True Friends Appreciation

The friends that have been real with you since day 1, no matter if that day 1 was last week, or last decade.

The friends that know you, and vice versa.

The friends that would do anything for you, and you the same.

In this world, there is so much bs, and fakeness that it can make one feel all but lost. It is nice to have a handful of friends, that I can truly admit that Ihave love for. Even if noone responds, I needed to share.

Much appreciated indeed Kix4Kix. There are co-workers, and associates that I deal with that are different from my small circle of friends. And they give me asense that this world is not all about "you scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours." But rather, people do things out of love and respect forone another, without looking for something in return, and there is so sense of pretense. I can travel anywhere and not see some of these dudes for months, orin one case, years, but I know when I see them, it's exactly the same, like we never missed a beat.

The good ones are appreciated though. Take care of them and they'll do the same for you

Without a doubt. My best friend has a spare key to my apartment and sometimes she stops by and cooks a mass amount of food for me. She works nights (she'sa head chef) and has a ton of time during the day and she knows I don't have much time to cook. Vegetarian stuff, fish dishes, a ridiculous turkeymeatloaf...pure awesome. All I gotta do is stock the fridge. My girlfriend HATES her.
