TRUSTEDINSTALLER Unappreciation

OK so I have been stupid the last 2 years and completely filled up my c drive, im talking 500 mb left. So I go to my c drive to start deleting files and a pop up saying only trusted installer can delete my files and I have no control over them. I been searching everywhere trying to find a helpful plan to fix this and iv'e got nothing but headaches over this. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. Also I'm never buying a PC again this is %%@%!@$ stupid.
