Trying to ID the exact city on this Nike Dunk High Be True City Pack 2008 - style code 321762-004

Hey all, hoping someone with deep knowledge of this pack can help me out.
I have a pair from the 2008 Nike Dunk High Be True City Pack — the one where Nike released 86 pairs of a city-exclusive colourway in 7 cities worldwide (NYC, LA, London, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Rio) exclusively through Tier Zero accounts.
Mine are black leather with purple accents throughout — laces, piping, ankle collar lining. Gum sole. Style code on the tongue label is 321762-004.
I’ve been going back and forth between LA, London and Hong Kong but can’t pin it down with confidence. GOAT lists Hong Kong as 321762-002 so that rules that out. Various sources online contradict each other on the city colourways.
Anyone have definitive knowledge of which city the purple colourway belongs to?
