Im planning on buying a new LCD TV soon and i was wondering how big the difference was between 60hz and 120 hz....thanks in advance NT

Does it make a difference for a 32in set? I'm looking to hopefully buy a tv for my room shortly. Will be setting up my Xbox to it.
