Twitching under my right shoulder blade

Yesterday I awoke with a twitching, more like a fluttering, under my right shoulder blade. It subsides then returns maybe twice throughout the day.

Cause for concern?

I drink plenty of water, but that may not be enough.

I think it's a pinched nerve. I slept on my shoulder for the better part of that night.

Exactly. Whoever told dude above that muscle twitching is a sign of arthritis (which is a bone and joint issue, not muscle) or carpal tunnel(which is overuse of a particular muscle and generally results in inflamation and swelling, not twitching) is an idiot.

welp, I got a Minor in Possesion ticket.....I had to go to court, pay a $250(my city makes a killin off these since its a college town)....blah blah 6 monthsof probation, mine got cut down to 4.5 months since i will be 21 before the 6 months.
