Twitter RSVP question

I'm new to the sneaker game, having finally becoming financially stable enough to start buying sneakers. I've been doing some research on releases and such and have looked into this 'Nike Twitter RSVP' program, I've noticed that not all releases are put out through this program, is there any way to tell if a sneaker will be released in this fashion? Or is it simply a guess based on the hype around the shoe? Also, if it's not released through the RSVP, will @NikeStore still put up a link about the release at midnight like they used to? If so, what timezone is that 'midnight release' in?

I apologize if these questions sound dumb to you, but like I said I'm just getting into the game and I'm looking to learn. I've been lurking this site the past few days and have realized how informative and helpful this site can be.

@nikestore usually tweets all that info throughout the week and week before release. They will tweet if a RSVP will be done at niketown stores. RSVP's are nike's decision. Not based on hype, etc. But generally they will tweet a direct link for the shoe releasing and you click it and make your purchase there.

Some releases will be "TLO"(twitter link only).
Meaning you wont be able to go on nikestore.com and search for that shoe. You would have to click the link they tweet to get to that shoe.

The release time on saturdays is always 8:00am eastern time, 7:00am central, 5:00am western

The easiest way to keep up with info is create a twitter acct, follow @nikestore and have their tweets coming to your phone.
