Twitter Users: Can you actually change your background?

Because I sure as hell can't. It never works for me. What's up with that?

I'm talking about custom backgrounds.

Can only do it on a computer.

Settings > Design > Upload/Remove Background, I believe.

Alright, oddly enough I finally got it to work somehow. IDK why I always had so much trouble with the stupid thing.
