i thought ateneo wears adidas (my boy used to play for them back in the day) - and it seems like their jerseys have the 3 stripes on the shoulders, but i met arao at the nike office a few weeks ago.. dude picked up some shox spotlights and cg xi ie lows*. i had no idea who he was at the time, but it's not often i meet people taller than me in manila. :lol:

Don't know if everyone else shares my sentiments but outside UE's dominance, its been a pretty unpredictable season in the UAAP. La Salle, Ateneo, National, Sto Tomas and Far Eastern are all vying for the 2, 3 and 4 slot for postseason play with no team clearly a sure-thing.

Another nice note is the number of players who have been showing exceptional levels of play (note I did not include sure-fire known stars such as Casio, Tiu, Fernandez, etc):

JR Cawaling - FEU
Paul Lee - UE
Woody Co - UP
James Mangahas - DLSU
Kirk Long - ADMU
Khazim Mirza - UST
Jerry Canada - ADU
Jonathan Jahnke - NU

Oh yeah... nice touch on that UP/FEU halftime show... the collaboration between both PEP squads shows true sportsmanship and camaraderie in the UAAP.
