Just a reminder that there will also be 4 U20 World Cup matches taking place as well. The most interesting are US vs. Cameroon at 12:45 EST and Ghana vs.England at 3:30 EST.

As for the UCL matches themselves...

It's absolutely terrible. I watch Fox Sports en Español for that very reason and today I'm hearing announcers in English.

GOLLLL DE MESSI!!!

Arsenal needs to capitalize on some chances. They've had way too many to have it tied at 0 at half. What a disappointing game so far

I'm in class right now and my homie sent a link to the Liverpool game... Little did I know that it was a link to porn that just kept opening up new boxes

You knew Arsenal was dominating when you saw Gallas doing more attacking than defending.

The linesman on the Olympiacos half of the pitch was blind. He didn't call an offsides when Gallas was 1 on 1 with the goalie and then he didn't callan offsides when Arshavin scored the 2nd goal. It wouldn't have mattered anyways but I found it odd that he missed 2 very obvious calls.

Arsenal should easily win this group.

Arshavin's finish was top class.

looking forward to tomorrows matches. i expect solid showings from the united match, juve v bayern, real v mareille, and porto v atletico.

On a side note, realistically speaking do you guys think City can win the EPL or finish top 4? How I see it is that the top 4 are having a more hecticschedule with UEFA and a relatively thin team, especially come mid season when fatigue and injuries hit. Arsenals and their injury prone ways, Chelsea with atransfer ban, United still need to rely on Giggs the magician too much, and well, Liverpool is Liverpool. Its impressive to watch City so far with their deepteam. With all the ban, injuries, and turmoil so far, their offense doesn't seem to slow down.

I see what your saying, but to me i think its too early to tell how things will turn out with united, i mean even though they havent fully playedup to their potential, im fine with it b/c united always play their best football during the second half of the season. im excited to see how things turnthough. i say we have a prediction thread or something for the epl.
