Those are fake.
The shape of the shoe is off, on the third photo, the back of the shoe has no curve. The extra laces should be rolled up, if you see brand new pairs like that, avoid them, some fakes come like that. The shoe has no size stickers and they should have them since the box has a USD MSRP. The shoe is not factory laced the way Nike does it, avoid pairs like that, most fakes don't lace them up like they should be. Leather, does not look right.
