Unknown Nike's

I'm trying to figure out WHAT ARE THOSE... Seriously, it's been bugging me for a while now. Literally have scoured the internet searching for a similar image...google reverse image searched with no success. Even went as far as googling multiple names of vintage nike's without avail. Looking for the name, year and possible where to obtain these nike's. 

I should've started here but this is my last struggle attempt at finding these kicks.
