The girl:
I read a lot of girl problem threads on NT and a lot have to do with the friend zone. Well I'm here to tell you that all is not lost and I may be betteroff by going through it...
My girl and I went to elementary school and junior high together but didnt really know each other because i was a grade older. During high school we met acouple times but she was going to school out of state at the time. When she moved back around the area I would see her all the time because we have a lot ofmutual friends. On one of my friends bday apparently she wanted to get at me but some other girl never filled me in
So after that we would kick it a lotand she has a lot of friends that are guys because shes the type that just gets along better with them but would never really open herself up to anyone, evenme. So fast forwad to a couple of months ago when I realized I think I have feelings for this chick. So I laid it all out on the line and she gave me the"I just like how we are as friends" line and my pride/swag was crushed.
I couldnt get over it I was so mad. I was bitter for the next 2 weeks or so and just never talked to her but finally realized that I just need to swallow mypride and take the L. So then me and her start kicking it together a lot again but things are just...different. The vibe and everything. One night shefinally just told me how she felt that she had feelings for me and to be honest I knew she was going to tell me but was just waiting for her to. She told meshe was so scared to tell me that she chickened out like 5 times before that. And the rest is history.
So all I'm saying is if you think you're stuck in the friend zone dont give up. Just try a whole new vibe, approach to your friendship, relationship,whatever and maybe she'll see something in you that she didnt see before or in this case break down that wall.
