Someone shipped me some sheos on the 2nd of this month using UPS and they haven't even left the state. Is this a glitch or is this the usual thing with UPS?

it can be normal sometimes but to be safe wait till you get the package. a) your item might not be in there b) he can do a intercept and have it sent back before you get it after you sent your package
