USPS Problem

I sold some shoes on eBay like 4 weeks ago. The tracking number is still showing "Electronic Information Received". I didn't take it to the PostOffice because I scheduled for a pick up. What can I do, because I'm guessing it's lost?

i would contact USPS asap. this happened to me one time with UPS but i was on the buying side. ended up gettin a refund from the seller cuz it was MIA.

Go to the post office, and tell them about the situation

I think its mostly a common thing nowadays, that some stays showing as that status even after the package gets delivered.

The buyer opened a dispute on PayPal because I shipped them on August 18th.

Go to your local PO. See what happened. It's been more than enough time.

Side not, I ordered a book for school last week and it got lost on the mail. Smh Ftl

same thing happened to me

sent out a m.o. on the 8th with priority and it hasnt gotten there yet. status is still: accepted
i called usps and the lady reported it.

any idea if the money order will be found or if i'll get a refund?

MO usually don't get "found". They make you pay to get your money back too.

um... Call the 1800 number and give them the tracking number.

I hope it doesnt come down to if it was insured or not
