USPS Problem

I recently shipped a pair of shoes to a guy that lives in the 42240 area which is Hopkinsville, KY. Today he messages me back telling me that USPS shipped the shoes to 42440 area which is Mortans Gap, KY

. I still have the receipt from USPS and it clearly states 42240. Is there anything the guy can do to get his shoes? Thanks.

when you put the tracking information online, what does it say?

i remember i shipped something and they messed it up, but it got fixed by itself.
