USPS Problems?

Ive never had an issue with USPS before, the PO was always good at delivering my packages back home in CA, now that I live in NY, USPS is the worst **** ever. I never get **** sent to my apartment cuz they just leave it on the floor, I get it rerouted to get sent to my job, the carrier dude always on point with delivering my stuff, but this one particular pair of lebrons that I got (been now waiting for a week and change) never showed but delivery confirmation says it was delivered to my office at 7 pm when I was in the office at that time

Anyone know what i should do?

I already have 2 case numbers with this situation 

Does anyone else have issues with USPS on the East Coast? cuz it damn sure wasnt like this in the West

The only problem I've had with USPS is that every time I purposely stay home to wait on a package, they never come and update tracking to say notice left when they don't a notice or come at all. Then there are days where I leave home and a notice is actually left at the door .

na not a chance, our office is a staff of 8. Theres nothing that comes in that im not aware of whether it be USPS, UPS, FEDEX.

Have the shipper file a lost item claim with them.  Having a similar problem with UPS.  They said they delivered my shoes when I was home, but I never received them.  They probably delivered it to another address
